We’ll set up a time to discuss what it is you’re looking for in an adventure van so that we can work towards building something that fits your lifestyle perfectly. We’ll discuss goals, inspiration, this and that and this and that. After this initial consultation, we’ll be able to provide a rough estimate of build costs, and if everything looks good, we’ll take a small deposit to lock down your slot in our production schedule! At this time we can build on both the Mercedes Sprinter and Ford Transit platforms.
Design
Armed with all of the information from our consultation, we’ll dive into the nitty gritty of your van build. Details include, but are not limited to: layout, information on materials, systems, options, and more so that you’re able to get the most out of your van. After placing a small deposit to lock down your slot in our production schedule, we get to work on the details of your dream van build. We provide you with all of the information on materials, systems, and options, so you know how to get the most out of your van. This is when we provide you with a build list, production cost, and delivery date to begin production.
Build
This is the fun part! We take delivery of your van and it’s time for us to get to work. We do everything in house - building, fabrication, electrical + plumbing systems, and more. This part of the process can take anywhere from 1 to 6 months depending upon the overall scope of the build.
Deliver
While the build phase is the fun part for us, this is the absolute best part for you - it’s time to take your custom build adventure van home with you! But before we send you on your way, we’ll make sure to go over all the features and provide you with documentation of all components used in your build so you can drive with confidence.
